Maybe the only move dumber than the Canes offer sheeting Jesperi Kotkaniemi. If the Lightning had moved for someone actually useful that deadline rather than Jeannot they probably beat the Leafs last year too and Keefe/Dubas would've been gone immediately after the season and who knows where the Leafs are today instead of in the disaster they're in.

Flip side of the coin but I was at a wedding in 2019 and Jeremy Roenick was at the reception, open bar. I was at the bar with my cousin at least a few times when he was and he didn't tip once.

Possible he left a fat tip an earlier visit and let that cover the night but I like to think he just sucks at everything.
