I guess Anaheim is the new Arizona where players go to obscurity?

Kreider: Man, Trouba's a bit of an asshole. One of us should be traded.

*moves happen, JT Miller winds up in New York*

Kreider: So, Troubs, what's Anaheim like?

I guess we will need to make and Atlanta Hockey Club thread soon?

I'd like to be the first to suggest they name the team Atlanta Flashers.

A direct homage to the two franchises who came before them flames/thrashers.

Also their logo should be a mysterious shadowy figure opening a trenchcoat.

Can you imagine a league with both Flashers and Predators?

Or some cracked out dude in a trenchcoat on the corner of Peachtree Street and Peachtree Boulevard.

I guess prohockey rumors didn't do a good job posting the final details.
And smart idea giving up the Leafs pick. Anything associated with the Leafs is a disaster. :D

June 12: Both teams have made the trade official. The Ducks receive Kreider and their own 2025 fourth-round pick (No. 104), which they sent to the Rangers in the Trouba deal, while the Rangers receive the Maple Leafs’ 2025 third-round pick (No. 89), which the Ducks had acquired in last season’s Ilya Lyubushkin trade.

If Sabres management were smart, they would also be a seller. I mean, what's one more year of being bad if you land McKenna?

the difference is Buffalo has sellable assets that they'd probably want to keep.
