Saw this, had no idea, so I looked it up. They had the Scarves made in Turkey. You know, Turkey who carried out the Armenian genocides.

Not sure how you mess that up that bad.

The First round pick that the Panthers traded in this trade can still be traded this year prior to the draft. And if they do that, it would move to a 2027 pick.

What a weird condition. We'll trade you this asset, but reserve the right to trade it away from you.

I sincerely hope the Jackets trade Provorov for that pick.

Interesting move by the Caps paying their backup goalie that much but if they want to continue with a 1a/1b, it makes sense.

As they are paying less for the two goalies vs some teams' starter.

I like the move. Never thought tying a ton of $$$ into a goalie made sense. There are very few (and right now probably none) that you can count on to excel long term (5+ years) and stay healthy. And I cant think of any team that was able to offload a big ticket goalie after the inevitable downturn.

This is a great insurance policy if Thompson gets figured out. And makes him an attractive trade piece if someone else needs a starting caliber goalie down the line.

Great move by the Caps.

Flames have 22 games remaining - If they win 12 of them, that would get them to 89 points. Need a couple of OT losses to get to 91 points. It's doable, but the Blues and Utah have been pretty hot of late. Still one game remaining between the Flames and Canucks as well.

I have not seen a turtle race like this since the old Smythe Division Days. honestly I do not think Calgary or Vancouver make it and Utah pulls ahead.
