Not sure how or why everyone continues to blame the coach when he's handcuffed by a 36 mil cap hit in consecutive seasons. Last season RG3 carried this team with his historic play. This season his below average play allowed us to see the real team.....a team with 36 mil in talent less than the rest of the NFL.

Oh hell yea, considering other teams pushed money into uncapped years like we did and other teams spent under the salary cap floor in order to have more money(Tampa Bay and Chicago) But Mike tried to get over and got caught. you have to factor in the cap penalty in shanny coaches tenure. The biggest gripe I had with shanny was the seattle playoff game when he should of pulled RG3.
