Philly because they have the Albatross know as Howard on their roster. The Dbacks have about $20 mil coming off the books for 2015 at this point. And more($35 mil minus anything the eat) if they can move Ross/Cahill/Hill. I don't know what Philly can do other than move Pap/Lee/Cole, the roster still looks old & expensive.
