I'm not sure what to make of this. If the nest is now empty and the family wants to move to Oxford to be closer to his kids, the father is going to apply for jobs. I assume that the U Miss hospital system is the biggest (and maybe only) big hospital system in Oxford so as an ER doctor, it would be the first place he applied for a job.
