Not sure who you work for, but there's a reason Walmart pays their store mgrs over 200k and still can't find enough good people to do the job. Pretty sure their ASMs clear six figs too.

I worked for a close friend towards the end of college, helped him open his 2nd Ace Hardware store, that was enough for me
