I am at work and glanced at it. Decent value and there may be a little interest, but I don't know that I have room on the roster with cuts and all, which I am guessing is the reason I have this offer in the first place. IR is open and doesn't count vs the 25.

So, I have to pass as well. IR helps, but I still have tough decisions to make without adding another guy to the mix. Not worth giving up the pick for someone I may have to dump either soon or maybe when my IR guys get back.
