Can't really call anyone a "dark horse" at this point in the season.

If Oklahoma State wins out they're in. The Big 12 carries enough weight that any team that goes undefeated in that conference will jump a 1-loss SEC team and/or an undefeated Pac 12 team.

better than stanford at this point

I personally don't think so... They have a great "O" but no "D" and Stanford appears to be solid in both...

Here is Stanfords Schedule:

Sat., Oct. 29 at USC * Los Angeles, CA
Sat., Nov. 5 at Oregon State * Corvallis, OR
Sat., Nov. 12 vs. Oregon * Stanford Stadium
Sat., Nov. 19 vs. California * Stanford Stadium
Sat., Nov. 26 vs. Notre Dame Stanford Stadium

Okla State will lose 1 if not a few this year... if not andthey go undefeated (regular season), they will meet up with a SEC team (Bowl game) with a solid "D" and get beat probably pretty bad.

Oklahoma State Remaining regular season schedule below.

10/29/11 vs. Baylor Stillwater,
11/05/11 vs. Kansas State Stillwater,
11/12/11 at Texas Tech Lubbock, TX
11/18/11 at Iowa State Ames, IA
12/03/11 vs. Oklahoma Stillwater, OK <----- Probable Loss

id say youre picking ok state

bzzzzzz *insert game show you lost music*

I still think Stanford beats us and goes undefeated.

I had Oregon at 10-2 at the beginning of the season and haven't seen anything that would change that.

Stanford is pretty dang complete.

Will lose in Lubbock and to OU imo. Don't see them in the big one at all. Stanford I have no idea. Haven't watched much of them this year. Clemson seems to be in a pretty decent striking position for the NC from what I can tell.

i dont think tech has another big upset in them...they do it once a year

Maybe, maybe not. Every other year(sans last) where people gave a shit about us we had Mike Leach. People thought we wouldn't do shit without him even though Tubs is a proven commodity. Every other year we haven't done shit on the road, this year is different. Regardless it should be a high scoring game when the Cowboys come to town. Their defense looks like it can be scored on fairly easily. The running game they have scares the shit out of me.

it doesnt seem like osu ever has any real strength in anything but the running game...

I hope OSU goes into Bedlam 11-0. I like watching OU crush orange power.

It will be interesting to see the outcome of the season. Here OSU fans have all gathered with talks of playing for a NC game like it is automatic. But they really don't have very much knowledge of the BCS. It's all about strength of schedule and beating ranked/well known teams. Also, the Big 12 doesn't have a championship game this year. That may come back to haunt OSU as well.

I've seen Okie St play a few times this year and I agree. Not a good enough defense. Texas Tech game is very dangerous. Then there is Oklahoma.

Stanford should be the favorite at this point to oppose SEC winner in the nc.
