I'm one of the top Pronger supporters on here, you missed my point.
Homer's failure was not understanding the CBA and ignoring the 35+ Rule when signing Pronger to his extension. At least, I hope he wasn't aware or else he is just a damned fool. As the GM of a professional team, you should know the CBA through and through. Homer just refuses to learn it and has made several mistakes recently that could hurt this team in the long run.
Again, I have loved 95% of Homer's moves. My issue is with the small things like Pronger's 35+ contract, reaching the 50 contract cap ceiling, and making no-trade clauses a standard part of any contract.
