Wonder why you think the Cowboy's would be better off playing in a cold game with possible snow, rain, wind than to play in a Dome like what Romo is used to.
Plus the loudest place in the NFL,,,i am trying to understand you're reasoning.

Since you asked...Because while Sea is a much better team than the Cowboys and the Home Field advantage is well known, the Saints in NO will run us right out of the building. Our pass defense is horrible and we would likely need almost 40 points to have a shot. Seattle's passing game doesn't worry me and when we are healthy our run defense should be pretty good. It's their defense that makes them so good and our Offense is our strength this year. So while no one would "expect" a Dallas win at Sea, I agree it's more likely to me than a win at NO. I'm also sure not everyone here will agree.

Based on my full statement ..if the Cowboys lose the NFC Championship my prediction in it's entirety is 1000% correct.

'at the very least" does not change the prediction, it just adds to the conviction of it.

Your reaching for something that is just not there.

Wrong

I was going to avoid this mostly because the seahawk fans can be the most obnoxious internet board fans
when their team is good, BUT I'd much rather play the saints in the dome than seattle in their home environment.

don't sleep on the panthers defense....saints could easily be a wildcard team

Obnoxious is right. I still remember that year when they were all over the Cowboy ESPN board in the preseason about 5 years ago talking about how good they were and how they were going to beat every NFC East team and then like the Redskin fans this year they disappeared completely after about 3 games...

....A Mexican Stand-Off on the boards last season when Seattle played Washington in round one of the playoffs. Cheapest entertainment found after that game.

You have no idea just how right you are. Seahawk fans feel they can walk onto any board and say what they want.

But if you even post on their board, even a rave review of their team, they will bitch and cry like you just kicked their dog. Oh well, they will flop in the playoffs again and return to being the shitty team in a town that doesn't give two shits about sports soon enough.

Any word on Sean Lee's health? Do we know how long he'll be out? Pulled muscles are always tough because even when it feels good you're still not out of the woods.

If the Cowboys win their division it will be a miracle in its self. If they win one playoff game, it would be beyond a miracle IMO. Every team that is in position to make the playoffs right now are better than the Cowboys IMO. With that said, if I had a choice of who I would want the Cowboys to play in the first round, it would be Carolina. In the second round I would rather go to New Orleans than Seattle, I think the Cowboys would have a better chance in a shootout with New Orleans than a slug fest with Seattle. Our Offense has been our strongest part of the team, and we damn near pulled one out against Peyton Manning. At this point however, I would be happy with just winning the division.

Supposed to play this week. Don't think Mo will make it back though, although if we are going to be without a CB for a game between now and the rest of the year, this is the one - unless Rodgers doesn't play.

If you look at the standings, there is an opening there for the second WC. If Dallas and Philly both win out until week 17, it could easily be a game where the winner gets the East title and the loser is WC#2. Unless Carolina stays hot and SF keeps getting better. SF is the team that scares me, no one is paying attention to them but they are now healthy and getting SCARY

Yeah that would be nice, but I don't have any faith in Dallas winning out.

I'd rather take my chances in Seattle if we are fortunate to get that far. We don't not match up well vs. New Orleans as I believe they have spanked us 3 times in a row since our last time we beat them in 2009. No way do I want anything to do with Peyton and Brees. Wouldn't it be fitting for the Cowboys, especially Romo, and pull off an upset where his jinx began in his first playoff game.

:agree: I can't see a situation in which we beat the Saints. It's a horrible match up. Then again Seattle is 11-1. I would much rather face Wilson over Brees. That's what it boils down to for me. Neither would be a favorable match up for the Cowboys, but I think our chances are slightly better vs the Seahawks. If Romo and Murray protect the ball like the have all season and Dez got his head of of his mule we'd have a punchers chance vs the Seahawks.

While it is possible it will take at least one of SF, NO, or Carolina to lose to teams of lesser quality.

The next 4 weeks will make me or break me on Dez going into a contract year. Our cap situation he is going to be hard to keep. Smith coming up too.

He better play his best football of his career the next 4 weeks or I will be 1st in line on the trade him for 2 1st round picks this offseason.

He has great moments ... He also has some pretty bad ones. Depending on how he finishes this year 2 1st might help us more than one receiver with flashes of greatest and flashes of ignorance

At this point to make the NFC title game Dallas will HAVE to beat TWO teams. One of those two will be either Seattle or NO on the road. Your "at least" comment leads us to see you are guaranteeing that road win and possibly road wins against both of those two teams. Look aside from fried we all hope you are right but common sense says it's not likely. IMO beating either SF or Carolina in the WC Game will be very tough. I see your belief as a normal Cowboy fan reaction to a win. Why will I not be surprised if Dallas loses to Chicago you'll be here claiming we suck.

You have not and will not see any over reaction from me when it comes to a single win or loss. What the Saints did to us and what the Seahawks did to the Saints ..just goes to show how "Any given Sunday" this league is. I'm not even expecting the Cowboys to win out, but still win the Division and then play inspired football.

I think the Cowboys would be crazy to get rid of Dez, that said Dez hasn't proved he's worth 2 1st rounders. I do however believe Dez can be a franchise wr. I don't personally believe that Dez's and Romo's game compliment each other well.
Dez can stretch the field and be a monster in the redzone. Even though he's not the fastest guy on the field he still has the ability to get open deep. Dez just has a problem with ball security. It's way to early togive up on Dez.

I guess we can agree to disagree. Seattle hasn't lost a game at home in 2 years, and baring a complete meltdown, they will have home field throughout the playoffs. It is one of, if not the toughest places to play in the NFL. Also I think a lot of fans underestimate Wilson, he is a very good QB. Dallas has problems with a guy who scrambles, and Wilson does that as well as anyone. He doesn't make a ton of mistakes and has a damn good defense to back him up. If Drew Brees could only lead one scoring drive against them with one of the best offenses in the NFL, what makes you think Dallas will. I know the Saints crushed us earlier, and to be honest, I don't think Dallas could beat either of these teams in a playoff game. With that said, Dallas played the Saints without Hatcher, a one legged Ware, no Moe, no Wilcox, and Lee left early. It is often hard to beat a team twice in one season as well. Also if Carolina beats the Saints next weekend and can hold them off the rest of the season, it is likely Dallas would get the Saints at home if we win the division. To be honest, I would rather play the 49ers in the first round, or maybe even Carolina.
