Clearing cap space doesn't really mean anything, they still need to add pieces. I don't think Ray Allen is that piece.

Nets view Jack as potential starter next to DWill as Livingston did last season. Wanted to get Karasev during last year's draft.

Here's concern for Cavs - and everyone else pursuing James. Everything's been filtered thru his agent, Rich Paul. No one's getting to James.

Clearing cap space means everything. They couldn't sign Lebron unless they did just that. And I don't think they do it if they didn't think they were seriously in the running.

I was at a Miller charity event last summer, standing right next to him, when he was creating a "needing back surgery" story because he DID NOT want Cavs to claim him off amnesty waivers.

Would playing with James make him want to move his family and live there?

I disagree. If they get Allen and Miller, I think James would go there. And I've been a firm believer he wouldn't go there but he's close to both guys.
