Good show tonight. Bummed about UE breaking up but Cole works better as a heel anyway. Plus, KOR and Cole produce bangers. If they aren't gonna call them up, at least this is something different.

Also, WWE signed Eli Drake. I hate the new name (LA Knight), which will take some getting use to, but he should be a lot of fun in NXT. It's been fairly flat in NXT lately so the addition of Drake and the Cole heel turn should add some pop

I feel like Eli Drake will be a good fit for WWE/NXT. He's got the charisma and a decent look, so he should get a decent push I'd imagine. Can't see how this will be good for that NWA show that Billy Corgan keeps claiming is coming back.

NWA has to be dead at this point. Damn near all their good talent has left. Drake now in WWE as well as Wade Barrett (even though he was just an announcer). Eddie Kingston and Ricky Starks to AEW and Thunder Rosa might as well be to (not officially signed but its a given at this point). James Storm is back in Impact. Nick Aldis is like the only one left, still holding that belt thinking the promotion isn't dead, lol. Damn shame because they had a good product but covid killed them

I figured it was dead after they tried to do whatever that CarnyLand stuff was. I was surprised it lasted as long as it did since I don't see how they were really making any money to make it profitable. Don't know how much more money Billy Corgan has left of the Smashing Pumpkins stash. At this point, I consider Thunder Rosa a member of the regular AEW roster since she appears more than just about all the other women they have, even the world champion.
Aldis is almost like how Tommy Dreamer was with ECW in it's final days, trying to hold out hope but nothing will ever come of it. But I still feel like he'd be able to find work somewhere whenever it'd be offical that NWA Powerrr is no more.

And I like how they made McAfee more of a heel with him being right.

im torn. I hate matches with such great size disparities. But kross/Escobar is two of my top 5ish wrestlers on NXT. Maybe too 3 with Balor

Wouldn't mind seeing Storm/Shari during the 2 day WM. Again if their not doing Takeover the night before than give them Matches at WM. Make them the 3rd brand.

The Cole promo was different but effective and his actions were awesome. 1c on the top storylines in WWE right now.

Balor was recruited back to NXT by hhh since the main roster creative took him from ic champ to catering in about 2 months.
