I think that was a bad pick.

Why?

The Bills have done a better job drafting the past couple of years in the 1st round since Buddy Nix took over and they spent a looooong time looking over Manuel as well as other QB's.

It might not be right away, but he has the ability to become the QB the Bills have been looking for?

We've waited this long since Kelly, we can wait another year or 2 if that's what it takes.

YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO MEET HIM!

You're internet savvy already...

So he goes in he 2nd round...

Why so picky?

He could still split a lot of loot with you, and you maybe never even have to meet up...

He is a starting CB for the pats who had several key plays late in the season and was a key part of their post-season presence.

Bill Belichick wrote a personal wrote to the judge/jury who was deciding his conviction.

He will be starting outside for NE this season.

He is, in fact, considered one of the biggest steals of the entire 2012 draft.

I'm drunk. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

And a fucking homer.

I've been watching football since September 1994. No on Te'o.

I realize that you guys released your last QB of the future (Fitzpatrick), and needed to make a move on a new one. But I think they jumped the gun, and could have had him at #41. They may have had some intel to the contrary, admittedly.

Bold: It'll be interesting to see how Stephon Gilmore holds up over the long run. He was atrocious in coverage his Junior year at USC, did better as a senior. Always had a nose for the ball, but I didn't really see him as an NFL lockdown corner. We'll see.

One could say it was a "highway robbery"?

I actually considered typing this very thing. Was worried about copyright infringement.

It's obvious the Bills wanted a QB with the 1st pick, but they were also smart and magaged to get the guy they wanted, while also picking up 2 more draft picks in the process.

Most "experts" were saying the Bills had to pick a QB regardless if it's a reach or not when they were in th 8th spot, so this doesn't seem all that bad to me.

And I think Gilmore will be just fine. *fingers crossed*

With the 25thpick in the 4th Round, the Buffalo Bills select Brock Strango, d-bag from Wellesley College.

Would like to trade but if we don't I want Floyd

Sorry, you didn't get who you wanted. I couldn't believe Floyd was available for the Vikings. The Raiders need help all over the place. So the 2nd rounder will come in handy, especially since they didn't have one going into the draft.

Having thought about it a bit I don't mind the Fluker pick. He's a mauler with long arms. He'll be fine at Right Tackle.

The Chargers drafted a guard out of Penn State last year who had to sit out the entire season due to injury. The Chargers new this before they drafted him. They also took a C from Michigan last year. The OL needs help, but it does have some possibilities.

I'm drunk. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

If you're drunk & disappointed with the Fluker pick I can't imagine how you would feel after the 1983 draft.

The Chargers had the 5th, 20th & 22nd picks. There was talk that SD wanted Elway. They actually offered the 20th, 22nd their 1st round pick in 1984 & Ed Luther. Baltimore wanted the 5th pick & Klein wouldn't give it up. The truth was the Chargers were using Elway to get a contract done with 31 year old Dan Fouts. Accorsi wanted this guy named Marino with the 5th pick.

Yes the San Diego Chargers passed on Dan Marino not ONCE, not TWICE, but THREE TIMES!!

Maybe it just happened to be who was available, but did anybody else find it fascinating that lineman were dominating the first round? I think teams are starting to realize finesse positions are interchangeable, unless it's an absolute stud you're better off using your pick on a lineman than WR/RB/DB. First skill guy taken was at 8, and no running backs in the first.

I hope the Cowboys go with offensive line again with their second round pick. It's a shame they couldn't get more out of SF. It's also a shame they took a guy they could have had in the 2nd round. They could have gotten an impact player in the first. I think Frederick will be ok, but we could've had him and another high end guy. Fucking Jerry.
