LadyRockess;

These posts about Dad & beer make me curious. I'm new here. It makes me wonder in a general range; how old you are?

You don't have to answer, of course.

I'm 25. Grad student, working on my MA, starting my PhD this fall, God willing.

Trading up for a bunch of flashy picks doesn't always translate though.

Still, I would be excited as a Minnesota fan today.

Dad was just saying if these guys pan out this will go down as a historic draft all-time. We're well aware there is a learning curve that must be met for us to go to the Holy Grail of Football.

She said she was a freshman at UF when the buckeyes were losing a NC to UF.

What is that?

Those teams haven't been good for a while...

She's like a hundred???

I know- I'm not saying anything. I kind of pictured it that way-

or 40 actually.

But then I thought... I don't know- could be 18... 16 :suds:

I don't know- no big deal.

Just curious.

I mean... The patriots have historically seldom drafted a LB or DB in the high rounds with Bill at the helm... They almost always trade their high picks for multiple mid-to-late ones and they pretty much always make everyone look stupid.

I'm not saying that's the only strategy that will ever work, but it's a good one.

This is kind of a draft where BB is probably licking his chops because it's a "Middle Heavy" draft.

With all that being said, I still think Minny traded up for some good guys.

Don't like the FSU DB pick though. He's a reach IMO.
