Why does nobody talk about Sphincter? He's been in our top three players consistently every single game since Chicago. Unlike DeRozan and Jose, who are very up-and-down he's been good and solid.

i always liked his game too, he always seems like he gives a crap and is aggressive on both ends of the floor. he just needs more experience and better players and influence around him, and he'll be a high quality role player
