I would definitely bring Ginn back as a return specialist. Being a top 10 returner that does not fumble is worth $1.5M/year to me, if I was running the team.

Is that really surprising? The first year of a contract has a lower cap number than a top 10 pick in the 4th year of his rookie contract?

It's kind of odd given that it's a good receiver class. Also at the same time, there's still a bunch of good OL men out there. Definitely a run on the WRs.

I hope we did not give Manningham more than $3M/year. I don't think he's worth more than that.

I would also STILL bring Ginn back. We need a returner.

And I hope we STILL draft a receiver high in the first 3 rounds. We need to start developping receivers.

It is extremely likely that one of the WR's or RB's that we draft will be our new return man. That should narrow down the list of candidates.
