what's so funny about that hawkeye chick? Just a dedicated fan, either super early or maybe staying in a blowout loss. mad respect for her.

You would be right if what you stated was accurate. What’s really happening there is the game was played yesterday.

Not sure why they've got Tre Bryant out. He's been off the team since August and nobody outside of Nebraska knows who he is.

Hopefully JD Spielman is back to 100%. They missed him last week.

Reading this thread it is really amazing what wins over Minnesota , Illinois and Bethune Cookman can do for confidence . Sorry in advance for the impending reality check . You guys are making new laugh though so props .

I only care because it's fun to make fun of you guys . This game means nothing to Iowas season which means we will play great . We choke when the game has any relevance . This one doesn't

I'm thinking 38-21 or so. I do Frost though . In a few years this game should be back to competitive

Iowa plays very disciplined where traditionally our teams haven’t and they’ve laid down already by this point of the season, we started out in that direction but down the stretch here this year is the opposite in culture and motivation so it will be interesting to see the results of actual coaching now that it’s available

I'd agree mostly . Having that 3 game stretch with BC, Minnesota and Illinois helped obviously as the only team of those 3 with any talent is Minnesota but adding confidence is a big deal .

MSU as well, we’ve had almost identical results in the past as with Iowa as msu, literally lifted a giant monkey off the back, similar to sec style bc was like a bye week gets guys healed up and boosts confidence at the same time

Playing well @bucknuts in a loss and beating Sparty doesn't hurt either.

For sure . MSU has a really atrocious offense this year though ( i mean they only scored 6 points on Ohio St for God's sake lol ) so I'm not sure that win is as important as you'd think but you're right that it adds to the belief . You guys have good offensive skill talent but I think your OL is going to get lit up by our DL so Martinez is going to need to make some plays with his feet . Our offense is generic but good at what they do and your LBS aren't good enough to deal with our TEs so I think Iowa will score a lot . Should be more competitive than the past few years though
