Now that the Pats have committed to current QB roster how ready are you all to move on with Stidham?

Me I am very very okay with it. It was time to move on and I am willing to accept what will come.

Why be original if you can't say anything better?

I'm ready. I've been ready since Brady declined OTA's and started throwing the ball in the dirt.

I wish Brady the best. He'sthe GOAT and owes us nothing.
I wish Stidham the best. Imagine the crying and wailing if he turns out to be another franchise QB.
At least he wants to be here!

To be fair Brady skipped OTA’s in ‘18, as well, and they won a ship.

On some level it breaks my heart that TB won’t finish his career here, but I am looking forward to seeing what happens this year with Stidham.

It's time. The longer that it was put off, the worse it would have gotten. I don't think TB wanted to be here anymore than BB wanted him to be here.

When the 53 man roster is set, Stidham will be the starter and Lwerke will be breathing down his neck. Stidham is going to be at least as good or better than anyone not named, Brady, Brees, Mahomes, Jackson or Watson.

Beware.................because teams will not have the practices or OTAs this year, I'm willing to bet that three of the above five QBs I mentioned have serious injuries in 2020.

Question Of The Day:

Governors across the US are opening their states most in partial capacity. Do you feel this is more a vote grab in support of the President or a need to help stabilize local economies?

Neither. States are in desperate need of tax money to operate.

No one is talking about the facts. Public employees are getting their weekly paycheck for sitting home during this pandemic. They ain't bitchin' about anything because even when the government is shut down, they get back pay for the shut down. Most states are paying pensions out of the general fund.

States like NH and FL and NV that have no state income tax are worst hit because the food and beverage taxes are a main support of the government operation.

Have you tried to get a vacation rental at a beach or lake? Try getting a hotel reservation at any popular summer beach spot.

Mertyl Beach is going to open their golf courses because the resorts and hotels are dying a quick death and the state needs those recreation tax dollars to stay afloat.

In my opinion, it 's a means to allow local economy to save itself while saving the state budget and as a by product is supporting the president's ideas of opening businesses that desperately need to be open and can have some controls in place.

Sorry, but the left will not support this because it threatens their agenda of trying to have as many people as possible dependent on the government which gives them more power over the American people.

You say neither but then state it's a push for local economy to save itself.

It is very unpopulare to save us old farts at the expense of the economy.
A million old people dying will save Social Security
People are "dying" to get back to normal

As for Myrtle Beach - let it die!

I wasn't, but my hindsight is much better than my foresight. I should have seen the clues.

Seriously? We know the right, left, centrals, tea baggers, libs and whatever group you may want to isolate all have their agendas. Nobody's agenda is "trying to have as many people as possible dependent on the government". Nobody is dumb enough to think that is any way, any how sustainable.

It's economics. Supply and demand.

The far left socialists want as many people as possible relying on the government because that gives them more control of those people. The more independent people get from their government, the more that their government must answer for what it does and how it spends the people's money.

Throughout history, dictators and monarchies have constantly failed be cause the people that they control have rebelled after two or three generations. The U.S. is the first experiment in democracy aligned with total freedom. We're approaching a real split in the road and this form of government may not be able to withstand it.

We as a people no longer trust our government, we tolerate it because it's working. This pandemic is going to really test it and test the people we elect, especially in those we elect in November. The next four years will be very telling for our democracy.

I don't disagree but by describing the actions of one group you are blaming that group for everything.

The issue is too many agendas and everyone fighting to achieve them without regard for what's best for everyone.

So the wife has been working from home. Each day when I get home she greets me at the door with a glass of Woodford Reserve Double Oak on the rocks. That bitch may have to retire soon......
