His putting was horrible again. I know these greens are hard, but he missed 6-10 footers every time they showed him playing.

He's a part time player. That just isn't going to get it done.

What a difficult course. This is the way it should be for top notch players. Take nothing for granted.

To me, the US Open is the most boring of the Majors. I don't like to watch elite players struggle on a course that is borderline out of control. The USGA's obsession with par is ridiculous. if a guy shoots 68, he shoots 68 whether its two under of four under as the courses were designed. Why change par to70? Who cares?

I guess you are up to par with all that gibberish.
Look at the greens. If your approach is not perfect, the ball rolls off. That is precision.

Honestly really excited about this one. Got to go to the practice round yesterday and the course is in phenomenal shape. The greens are surprisingly receptive but there are spots you can absolutely end up dead in. Going to be out there Friday and Saturday as well with my dad. Great father's day weekend planned.

Got money on Scottie, Brooks, and Viktor.
Not such a good call, but what nice pictures. Thanks for sharing.

Hope you have a great time with your Dad. Can’t get any better than that.

Make him earn his spot next year by going through qualifying.

I don't care if they give him exemptions forever. But enough of the slobbering all over the guy for missing another cut.

These greens are almost obscene. They are like inverted bowls. Your ball better stop within 4-6 feet or bye-bye. Wow!

A PGA course this hard makes the game more honest. Who overcomes such difficult conditions?

Why is DeChambeau talking so much, and about opponent? Åberg is a 24-year old in his second season and is on your heels. Go Ludwig, don’t let it get to you.

I guess we can conclude that you are doing bong hits while watching a PGA Masters tourney?
Not that that is bad idea …

By the way, your Liv boys choked big time. How does that feel?

Dechambeau is pulling away, but no lead is safe at that place... a triple is 1 bad shot away.

How do fresh Liv players compete in majors?
Hint: They don’t anymore. They sold themselves to a higher bidder. For what? Shameful.

That guy has one of the ugliest swings and watching him with that long putter … looks like the hulk playing golf. But he has been effective, and that’s what it’s about.

If it stays this way, tomorrow will be a great day of golf. So close.
