Yep, these are all the misplaced sentiments of the typical Armstrong aplogist. "He never tested positive, everyone else was doing it and besides, he raised a bunch of money for cancer research."

1.) He tested positive. Check on it.

2.) Not everyone else was doing and even if they were that wasn't an excuse. Sandusky in court "Yes, Your Honor. I raped little boys. But so have a bunch of other dirtbags."

3.) And he raised a bunch of money for Livestrong, not cancer research. Look into it. Does Livestrong research cancer or do they raise money? Which is it?

I don't care about the cheating he did to win. We all know cycling is dirty as heck. What bothers me is all the things he did to others in order to protect himself. In that interview it was obvious he has no remorse whatsoever too.

And I hope people stop glorifying it for anything more than it is: a fundraiser. Most people think they're curing cancer because of its founders disinformation. If you want an honorable cancer foundation, it's Jimmy V, not Cheatstrong.

Billons upon Billions of dollars have been raised for cancer. The Jimmy V foundation is non profit. Virtually every penny goes to research.

There are plenty of other organizations doing good things for cancer research if Livestrong goes away. I doubt it will though.
