There is one place I like to have fried chicken.

Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles in Hollywood. So good. SO. GOOD.

Kinda fucked up that the two California residents on the board right now both picked the West Coast/Whole Foods option in the poll.

Not even close. Habit Grill is better than smash burger. Hell I would rather go to McDonald's over Smashburger. I was very unimpressed when I went.

Maybe they are different in other areas, but everyone I talk to in Vegas loves this place. I guess I will never see the fascination with In and Out. All the West Coasters talk it up but I have never been impressed.

I dont have Churchs Chicken in my area. I like the other too equally well when its done right but any of those franchises that are near me are not good locations so I rarely go there.

Hell yeah!! :high5: The Habit is top notch. IN and OUT is pretty freaking addicting, too. :whoo:

I know that franchise food is supposed to be the same everywhere, but when I lived in LA the Popeye's I went to in the more run down neighborhoods always tasted better.
Must be the Special Sauce that they put on it.

As far as burgers go, you won't talk me out of my choice, Red Robin.

I don't know, Dare. The Habit might just be the finest gourmet burger you can buy. If you ever have the opportunity to in cali, give them a shot. Although, they are likely very local to Ventura on up through the central coast, i suppose.

you likely can outdo all of them just by grilling in your backyard :D

I try and avoid chains, I really like my own fried chicken the best. There's a place near my house called Chickn Lickn that's fucking incredible. Blows all the chains out of the water, I haven't been there in a while though. If I had to eat at a nationwide place, I'd go Chick-Fil-A.
