Will give you this one, he did not look good. He hasn't in the last few games but he isn't the sole reason the Kings are getting battered on a nightly basis.

This team has issues oozing from every possible area from goaltending to defense to special teams to coaching to roster management to concessions.

It's maddening to see considering in 2008 the Kings sucked but were up and coming with youth on ELCs, this team is paid like a contender but look like an AHL team most nights.

I can accept the former, the latter is completely unacceptable. I was on the fence regarding Carter because Amadio is not a 2C and Kempe isn't that good either but guys like him have run their course and need to be moved.

I think the biggest culprit has been accountability and the current "leaders" on this team apparently don't have that word in their vocabulary.

When guys like Mitchell, Regehr, Stoll, Greene, Richards (say what you want, and I think he sandbagged it too the last 2 years here but his leadership was unquestioned) et all left one way or another so did the culture.
