Between penalties and turnovers, they are really good at beating themselves. This team has the talent to win and great playcalling. They just make stupid mistakes. Case in point, that missed FG right there.

LOL. So Stanford's receivers can tackle defenders twelve yards past the line of scrimmage and you are fine, but if Notre Dame advances four yards on a bad late hit penalty when it would have been first down anyways, you bring it up. Funny.

Either way, Notre Dame is back in this one for the moment. Their major problem was pass protection, which they seemed to have solved by going to a mobile, Tebow-like quarterback. With a defensive stop here, this can be a fun one.

I didnt see the first play so have no idea on that one but I guess you can ass-ume like you usually do and be wrong. There was also a close PI call on that one as well as that bad late hit call.
