Kizer is talented but I can't understand the JV decisions he makes with football. And he's atop of many 2017 NFL Mock Draft boards currently.

He is under pressure to score every possssion because the defense is so bad.

That said, you gotta know to get rid of the fucking ball instead of taking a sack on third down that takes you out if FG range and too far to go for it on 4th.

No idea. ND has squandered its inheritance. It's not the marquis job it used to be. The burdens placed by the administration the refusal to go to the arms race for coaches, and they've been out of the national conversation so long today's generation just doesn't know what's so special about the place.

I know ND has its challenges, but I bet with a top level recruitment campaign and $$$ they could get first pick of available coaches. It's still Notre Dame.

I care because I think CFB is better when Alabama, USC and Notre Dame are rocking. I'm a history snob.
