Oakland and Minn did it about 10 years ago. saves you money when the player you want can be gotten later and you just wait. also makes everyone else pick real fast so you dont grab there guy lol

Well I would rather be the person making a pick considering not everybody grades the same on prospects. Such as here we already have had a disagreement on who the Raiders would pick with some thinking OL, some thinking maybe quarterback, while others looking at Mack. On the actual Raiders board they have been all over the place of what they want. Some have talked about building a nasty OL beyond what they already have while others have wanted Clowney or a quarterback. Now obviously Clowney is off the board but Mack is a nice consolation prize. Heck I could even see them looking at WR Evans here to help out as a receiver if they don't get Jackson.
