We are going to run into times when people are just away and cant pick for a while, we are probably going to finish the 4th round today, I am quite happy with that. I guess I don't understand what the hurry is, we are right about where I figured we'd be.

Happens every year! Just gotta accept it!

This definitely wasn't going to be a draft that was finished quickly. I think if I remember right our first year it took something like 2 1/2 or 3 weeks to finish and by now we had something like 5 GM's already quit. We are a week in and over half way done. I would say that is pretty good progress so far. Throw in everybody is still in from what I can tell. It seems those who are struggling with the pace are a lot of the new people to this draft. This is just the way it has to be when you have 32 people across the country with most of us having full-time jobs and families.

Let's also remember this is the first year we have 32 different people representing the 32 teams, the first two years we had multiple people that had multiple teams so that makes things go quicker as well and I still think we are ahead of the first two drafts. I'm sorry that some of you are thinking we are moving too slow, for me I am quite happy with our pace and everyone's involvement.

It was moving fast because I was active and PMing, texting, and tagging people letting them know they were OTC because I had motivation because I wanted to make my 3 picks. Now that I don't pick for awhile I have been lazy.
