Ok, that's not fuckin funny, the Stars used to be my team until that piece of shit Norm Green moved them!! If we get good goaltending from DD we got a real shot at beating Dallas.

I was gonna get there - but since I don't watch much hockey I felt he wouldn't appreciate me pointing out he's only got like 30 more points that Crosby in 130 more games.

I really should watch more hockey. There's some good hockey here in the NW (WHL) and a lot of my friends enjoy it. I watch it now and then, but I just don't seek it out, which I have to do now that all my sports tv is internet streams.

On a side note I don't dislike the Caps or Ovechkin. I have always kinda liked the Flyers and I love that Gostisbehere kid...

My love for baseball stops me from saying Hockey is the best sport on the planet, but playoff hockey is unbelievably enjoyable!

I think once Colorado threw in the towel we kinda let off the gas, losing to the Flames was pretty bad but playoff time is here and this team is good enough to make a run assuming we don't play Chicago who we somehow swept this year.

I think once Colorado threw in the towel we kinda let off the gas, losing to the Flames was pretty bad but playoff time is here and this team is good enough to make a run assuming we don't play Chicago who we somehow swept this year.

We've definitely got the capabilities. Just a shame our PK has gone to shit this year with our already dreadful(for 5 years running) PP.

But our roster is built for 5 on 5 playoff hockey so anything can happen if Doobs plays well. And I'm not scared of any of these teams. Chicago is even beatable if you ignore the fact they flat out own us in April/May

Geez how many teams you like Wild, Stars, Flyers, Caps, and Penguins maybe. I hate Penguins because Crosby acts like a bitch and whines all the time during their series. The other teams I have no problem with but I'll always support my hometown team. It pains me to say this but yes Crosby is a better player when he is healthy. However that's when he is healthy and his vagina is constantly getting fractured. The caps vs flyers series is going to be a hard hitting matchup and I hope A) caps win series B) they don't get to banged up that it affects their next round.

Dumb question but does hockey not have a first round bye for best standing team?

Yeah, the penalty kill is what like 25th or 26th, that's horrible and that has to improve in the playoffs or we are a sure one and done. Completely agree we are probably one of the best 5 on 5 teams in the league...

I want no part of Chicago, gimme Dallas and St. Louis all day...
