There are a lot of interesting drafts being put together. Not a bad job for a bunch of wannabe GM's....

I don't know as much about football as I do about basketball so I am in no position to to judge here, but it amazes me how many real life GMs are incompetent. The key to drafting well is maximizing fit and value. There are a lot of franchises that simply don't do that.

I watched one such GM for over 20 years....fortunately, his Son has pretty much ran the show the last 3-4 years...

Thank you. However my wife didn't like the past 5 nude pics you sent me.

I've been waiting (and dreading) for Nos to get drunk and accidentally send me some. Didn't happen last night but it's Saturday and he may tie one on tonight.

Sold LOL. Now all you have to do is sell it to the Boss. I''m 99.9% sure Nos will say no, but that means we're saying there's a chance:thumb:

Agreed. I'm honestly convinced most of us could probably be league average GM's in most sports. Definitely wouldn't be the worst, which is incredible.

I do think it is much more complicated for real life GMs... There is too much politics in it... as anyone can lose their job quickly with failure... Rebuilding a team is very hard, because to rebuild a team well you need time... But GMs want to save or keep their jobs so they go for HRs...

Personally, i think it is better to build your strengths up than to fill your holes... But many feel that they need to go hard on fixing their holes...
