Gruden probably told Marvin last year after turning down the Jax job. I will stay on, but only as long as it takes me to get another opportunity to get more interviews.

More than likely why Marvin brought Hue back to begin with knowing his offensive coordinator was going to jump ship the second he got another interview opportunity.
