Dragon's Bane
Yeah, I have never seen a team accidently score a touchdown to lose. The Atlanta Falcons are a national treasure.
I honestly thought they would break out some new rule that since Gurley had meant to go down, it counted as giving himself up. Atlanta is actually challenging Detroit's historical dominance at losing in new and unexpected ways. Usually thats when they break out a new rule and say a TD didn't count because of a process of the catch. Or a challenge didn't count because it was a play already being challenged so double negatives canceled it out. Or the time they not only took away a TD on a challenge, they also ran the clock out and just said the game was over and we automatically lost.
I was kinda looking forward to the new rule.
I can't even make fun of this or find any humor in it. This is so horrible for a fan to go through that all I can say is I'm sorry and I hope it gets betterSo far this year
- Blown a 15 pt lead with 3 minutes left by letting a team score 3 tones in 3 minutes
- not realized the receiving team didn't have to wait 10 yards to recover an onside kick
- blown a 16 pt 4th quarter lead in the span of 4 minutes
'- missed a XP and a FG in a game we lost by 4
- thrown an int in the end zone late 4th quarter to lose by 7
- bypassed a chip shot fg in game we were up 1 in and instead went for a 4th and 5
- had a game won if all we do is kneel in the ball and kick a 25 yard fg but instead our RB tries to fall down at the 1 but accidently falls into the end zone
- which is directly followed by a team going 75 yards in 60 seconds all with no timeouts and not having a single play where their players goes out of bounds
All by week 7.
Next week we will score a TD with 6 seconds left to go up 1 and then our RB will fumble the w pt conversion attempt which will be returned 99 yards for 2 pts
Has Raheem Morris been fired yet?
Thay can not possibly allow him to coach another game. He either put money on the Lions and tried to lose, or tried to win but is a complete imbecile. Either way, he's got to go.
Sorry, dude. That’s got to be rough. So far this year

Only needed 1 knee since Detroit had zero timeouts. Take 1 knee , run it down to 5 seconds and take your timeoutsI feel for Gurley. It's not his fault. They should have never put him in that position.
Take three knees, kick a chip-shot FG, go home a winner. It's not hard.
Come on, man. Battered women know nothing of falcons fans struggles this year. Imagine if you were a battered female falcons fan...I've grown sadly accustomed to it . This is probably what battered women feel like ....
At least they probably miss some of the collapses.... what with being battered unconscious occasionally.Come on, man. Battered women know nothing of falcons fans struggles this year. Imagine if you were a battered female falcons fan...
If it's any consolation that side of the Falcons KO team looks like they'd be hellified at curling.- not realized the receiving team didn't have to wait 10 yards to recover an onside kick
they are probably looking forward to going home!Come on, man. Battered women know nothing of falcons fans struggles this year. Imagine if you were a battered female falcons fan...
Ha! Probably never. When was the last time an interim head coach was fired?
