NO Trade Claus

How do these work with a player who has already been traded. ie. Heater waived his NTC when he went to San Jose, would he have to waive it again to be traded in the future or is it now a void part of his contract because he waived his right to a NTC.

I think they can waive it for a specific time, so it would be in effect again with the new club.
The new club can make a stink about it, but as they are trying to be welcoming to their new player, that's pretty unlikely.
