Cooper will probably be there and Cleveland needs a play making WR more than we do. Drop back a spot, grab another 3rd, and take the pass rusher or OT that they like best.

That's probably what I would do. The other option is to see if anyone is interested in Garcon and what we could get for him. I doubt much more than a 3rd round pick, maybe a 2nd. Trade him and pick Cooper at 5. Then take the BA RT with the 37th pick. Not sure I really like that option, tho.

Yes

Cleveland has 2 first rounders, 2 fourths, and 2 sixth rounders, 10 total picks.

I would be on the phone with them NOW talking about what they want to give up in the event Cooper falls to us, throw Cousins into the conversation... could even talk a package deal that works well for everyone.

I know some teams make crazy offers for picks in the 1-5 range. That could be the only thing that may stop us from landing one of the names at OT that we want. BUT, it looks like this draft is loaded with tackles that could start for us.
I'm trying not to be bent on Leonard Williams and the slight chance we land him
