Which non-SEC team would drop for beating an SEC team? Any examples?

Agreed. Rutgers jumped into the polls when they barely beat Arkansas. Clemson jumped into the top 10 when they barely beat Auburn. Louisville also climbed in the polls when they beat Kentucky.
