Cole is our best pitcher right now, in my opinion. I'm glad Hurdle made this choice. This is a great opportunity for Cole to establish himself firmly as our ace, our go-to guy. I can't wait to see how he responds (because I'm kind of expecting him to respond with some triple digits heaters).

Haha...same here! Wacha has put together over 15 innings of no-hit baseball in two outings- amazing stuff for a guy that started the season in Memphis.

I was afraid Holliday was going to quietly disappear in the postseason after a hot September, but that shot over the left center field wall couldn't have been more timely. Something had to give in that pitcher's duel.

I like our chances at home with Wainwright in Game 5, but I'm not naive enough to think that Pittsburgh is going to go away without one hell of a fight!
