Impossible to hit when he has that command and is getting calls on both sides of the strike zone.

Dodgers pitching really is shutting down the Cards, though

Ryu was unreal. Wilson has been great. I've admired his work for years because he is the anti-Broxton!

I laughed at whoever posted about Kenley being similar to Broxton.

The Dodgers played a nice game, Ryu was terrific and the Cardinals helped the Dodgers cause with some sloppy play.

But, we will take it. Dodgers could easily be up 3-0 right now, but at least it's not 0-3.

Will Nolasco pitch tomorrow? I don't know how Greinke is feeling, but I have to believe the Dodgers are thinking about Greinke starting on short rest. Mattingly says Nolasco will start, but I would be surprised.

Wainwright's talking some smack now, he sounds like he needs some tissues. What is it about the Dodgers that makes our opposition want to complain and cry?

You guys are still in a major hole. You need to win the next two games to have a chance in St. Louis.

I guess the Cards are upset with both Puig and A-Gon for celebrating their hits last night. That's not a bad thing. Maybe it will distract them and cause them to make more mistakes. BTW, does Busch Stadium have a swimming pool? :laugh3:

Definitely, we can't rely on the Cards making so many defensive lapses in the next couple of games. If Nolasco does pitch (which I'm actually thinking would be better to set Greinke and Kershaw up for games 5 and 6) then we're going to need him to replicate his pre-September stats.

Nolasco? Yikes!

**Disclaimer** Not meant as a shot, just attempting to chat up with some baseball fans. **

:suds:

He was great for the Dodgers if you exclude his numbers in September. I think overall his record was something like 8-3 for the Dodgers? Not bad, if he can come out focused I wouldn't be surprised if he pitched like Ryu, but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if the Cards blew him out either.
