/from the little I watched of it Rob Kerrs pxp wasnt very good imo
He's a step or two down from Loubardias...
jeez i woulda thought that was sum kinda impossible
Unfortunately, we don't have the same pipeline of quality play-by-play guys like you guys have on the West Coast (Robson, Hughson, Shorthouse)
Reports from the Oilers are suggesting Teubert might have a busted beak...
and now theyve announced his young stars tourney is done
MacT gooning it up with the score out-of-hand
I am seeing the future
I didnt even see this part of the game ... was the fight in response to something that happened right then and there ... of the little bit I saw, Teubert at 1 point elbowed Prab Rai in the head after an offside was called to blow the play dead
/this was where Rob Kerr said some junk about "boys being boys"
looked to me like Tuebert was the one who was the most eager to fight.
I was a bit surprised, because I haven't seen that side of his game before.
and now I know why
nice try Dowbiggen
In one gory encounter, Edmonton's Colten Teubert had his nose smashed to a bloody pulp by a single punch from Vancouver's massive Adam Polasek (described as a "killer" punch by the TV voice). Teubert is going to miss the rest of the tournament as a result. But, as Don Cherry is wont to point out, no one headed in disgust for the exits at the South Okanagan Events Centre in Penticton, B.C.
Polasek is listed at 6"2, Tuebert at 6"4
