NHL Survivor Playoff Signups

For the playoffs, this is how it works:

1. The first 16 people to sign up will be able to play the game
   
2. 8 people will be in the East and 8 people in the West(you can choose whether you want in the East or West as long as there are spots still available in each conference)
   
3. You get to pick every single night until the end of the round is over(can't pick same player two nights in a row) - the only time you can be eliminated is at the end of a round(in regular season format, if the player didn't record a point or a shutout, you'd be automatically eliminated)
   
4. Points will be added up each night and whoever has more points in the matchup at the end of the series moves on to the next round(each round will be re-seeded)
