Possible. But if he upgrades then, the trade with the Caps looks even better. I personally feel like he won just going Vrana for Mantha. Anything from now on is just gravy.

And if Leddy stays, slam dunk. Leddy really impressed me in the playoffs.

I lean that way too, but I want to see what Mantha does in a full season in DC with maybe some of their roster problems solved.

Let’s put it this way on Leddy, if him and Hronek mesh and the Wings find a goalie that might be enough to convince Yzerman to keep him but so long as he doesn’t go off a cliff there’ll be a decent list of teams offering first rounders for him come March. Win-win for him.

Pens have to trade McCann if they're not protecting him.

I think they are hoping they will pass on McCann since he disappears for half a season and then misses the net 95% of the time.
