The fun and exciting play was sure to hit some snags, and tonight has been one. This was an awful performance and I hope we can bounce back on Saturday.

I'm grateful hockey is back, but honestly I'm not sure how much longer I will be able to watch these guys.

if next game gets out of hand, (and given the state of the canucks defense it very well might)
someone doesn't run simmons, they get marner.
I don't think the Canucks have that guy in the roster though.
Virtanen should be that guy, but he plays like he's afraid of himself.

I didn't like the hit but I disliked the Chatfield hit on Kerfoot earlier and since that went uncalled I don't feel entirely bad about it. If they're gonna make the players police themselves this is how it's going to go.

Regardless, Benn fought Simmonds. That should be the end of it.
