It's just like yesterday hearing Danny Gallivan's voice over the tv talking about "Lapointe at the point". He was part of the "Big 3" along with Serge Savard and Larry Robinson. Any wonder the Habs won four straight Cups in the 70s, even if you somehow got past them, you still had to beat Ken Dryden.

I'm surprised they called that a goal - I thought I've seen plays like that in the past where the goalie gets hit, has no chance of making the save and when the puck goes in they call it off - maybe that is just incidental contact with the goalie?
