Not to worry dash. The Flames being down to 4 D just gives the Sens an excuse to take the rest of the night off. This team has yet to develop any kind of killer instinct. Maybe it's just being the most inexperienced team in the league?

I also found the 2 minute call against Baertschi a bit weird. They go over to check on Cowen, go yup he's bleeding (visible injury) and then just stick to 2 minutes. In this case it was kind of just because Sven's intentions were obviously not bad, but why have rules if they don't apply all the time?

I agree, it should have been 4 minutes because it drew blood. The rule is stupid the way it is written, but that is what is currently on the books.
