I'm starting to think that way too. The problem I have is that if that's the rule you're going to have guys flailing and stomping away in these scrambles and people (goalies are people, right?) are going to get sliced up. Shit, Matt Cooke will carve up at least 2 goalies a year by himself.

Yeah, I agree, that's a real concern. And yes, goalies are people, just a little kooky.

Lightning almost snatch defeat from the jaws of victory last night by allowing a goal with 7 seconds left to the Avs to tie the game at 2. Lightning win in a shoot-out as Ben Bishop shuts out the Avs in the shoot-out and Ryan Callahan scores for the Bolts.

So basically, what I'm saying is, in 8 games combined this week, the Flyers and Leafs have been shutout five times
