Not my call as this isn't my pool.

But my opinion would be, no. There was an obvious deadline to join the competition. He was a member of the board before the deadline came. He didn't enter. He can't join late.

Rules are rules for a reason. For me it's black and white.

But this is esls' pool and his competition. I'm just helping out. It's up to him to make the final decision. If he wants Moda to have a team, that's fine, I'll add him in.
