only 4 teams don't have a goalie taken yet: Philadelphia, Ottawa, San Jose, Chicago

one team has had both goalies selected: St. Louis

only 2 teams haven't had a skater taken: San Jose and Phoenix

Ok, so. After consultation, I'm being reprimanded by the pool owner for being too broad in my definition of eligibility and saying we would go by Yahoo eligibility.

The pool owner is having me rescind that rule to now state that players who are questioned for having dual eligibility, final decisions on what position they are eligible at will be made by esls79.

Ok, having said that. His ruling is as follows here.

For Datsyuk, he is allowing to be a C and W. Because when he came back from his injury, he did appear to skate at the W position at times.

For Malkin, we will only allow him at C as he is a true C.

therefore, please change your pick of Malkin at W to another W. And if you want Malkin, then put him at C and get rid of one of your C.
