As you can see, the desk makes no effort to void contact with the head. Given the desk's history of stubbing toes, inserting wood slivers into fingers and being hard to assemble, the NHL has suspended the desk for 3 games.

If Franzen doesn't want to get roughed up he might want to refrain from slashing a guy in the back of the leg after the whistle. Especially in a 6-1 game. When you are coming back from a concussion. Chris Neil might be the lesser idiot.
