I got sick of rmilia’s bullshit. Yes I did get mixed up with what that initial conversation revolved around but he has been talking up Ridder for awhile now. Both are shit QB’s. I just didn’t like he brought him up at all bc they are in different situations. Yes he has been better but that is beyond the point, he has everything around him to succeed and he sucks.

The point is Fields is not a starting QB RIGHT NOW

Yeah, Ridder should motnhave been in the discussion. Someone asked him for a comparison because he started the thread. It became a way bigger part of the discussion than it should have been.

Living in Cincy I'm not anti Ridder at all...dude is a baller in the sense he got way further than I thought he would. But he's not a long term solve for anyone. Fields likely isn't but he at least approaches possibly being one

Fields isn't the answer, but he had some success with some QB rushing built into the playbook. That's on the coaches not utilizing it up to this point all the same.

If Fields ceiling is top 5 qb, Ridders is Brad Johnson.

Ridder is close to his ceiling, Fields is digging holes to see how far from the ceiling he can get.

Kind of like the move. Makes the GW off the back of your kicker for an XP and not a struggling offense. If you miss the 2-pt conversion, it's an 8 point game still.
