So far we are playing sat Dec 20 vs eagles

The Spain game with the Dolphins. Do you figure 2 Sunday night and 2 Monday night games plus a Thursday night from amazon, 2 game of the week on Sunday. That is 9. Could we be nationally televised for half the season this year?

Cowboys, bears, Lions, Packers, Chiefs, and Falcons. Those call could be nationally televised.

If NO is smart, they just tank.
I'm already bracing for the blowback (not just by you) on this take, but here goes...

If the Saints take this stance and tank this season, they could begin unloading some of their players to effectively reach that goal. Among the players they might trade or jettison, there's one Chase Young who could come back to D.C. for a late round draft pick or a swap of players.
Now, who threw that damned cup at my head?

Feels like he could be the missing piece, for this year anyway. I'm sure Cincinnati is asking for a 1st. Skins can't go into next year with no 1st, 2nd, or 4th. If Peters really wanted to revisit this, there would have to be pick swaps involved. Jmo

It actually makes sense and fills a need. I'd just have a hard time sitting out day one and two of the draft next year. Feels like the Eagles would jump the line anyway. They have a bunch of picks.

Personally, it seems like a Cerrato type move IMO: an aging player who wants more money.

We already don't have a 2nd rounder next year right?

Yeah, no 2nd. Back to back 17.5. Not standing on the table for it, based off my last post, but if they do that, it might push us over the finish line.

Hopefully he would stay healthy and the 1st round demands drop.

He is legit but how much does he want and what does Cincy want now are my questions?

Hmmm, let's talk Eagles for a moment. While I don't disagree with the notion that they could jump the line, they do have a pretty young squad now and adding pieces next year as upgrades would be for Brandon Graham 36, and Lane Johnson 34, perhaps Barkley 28 but a RB.
The Eagles are projected to have 12 draft picks in the 2026 NFL Draft. This includes eight confirmed picks plus a potential four compensatory picks.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of their projected picks:
RoundHow acquired
1Eagles' own pick
2Eagles' own pick
3Eagles' own pick
3From Jets
3Projected comp pick (Milton Williams)
4Eagles' own pick
4Projected comp pick (Josh Sweat)
5Eagles' own pick
5From Texans
5From Falcons
5Projected comp pick (Mekhi Becton)
7Eagles' own pick
So, my question to you is, knowing Roseman, does he jump the line, or cash out for more future picks? (Perhaps both???)

I can't do a 1st unless I'm getting a 2nd back and the Bengals aren't going to do that. I imagine the price will drop the closer we get to meaningful games. Not on my to do list but worth monitoring imo

I think if he gets wind that Hendrickson is on his way to DC, he jumps the line. Anywhere else, he probably holds. Just a guess on my part.
