You guys are going all in. I like it for you guys. Might blow up in your face, but when you are close like the 49ers are it makes sense.The CMC trade looks like a big mistake imo.
It's a HUGE gamble. Yes, CMC fits the offense well and automatically makes the Niners much better on that side of the ball.
BUT, to give up a 2, 3, 4, and a 2024 5 for an injury prone player at the league's most replaceable position looks like a big mistake, a desperation move.
Considering that the Niners don't have a 1 in this year's draft, this effectively guts the 2023 draft, comp picks not withstanding.
