I figured it out I canceled it then went back in and it lowered it back down to 349

thats why i went ahead and renewed it . i am exploring the V see box and seeing if i want to go that route . my understanding is you can watch local channels from different cities but its initial cost is a couple of hundred dollars . i just didnt get it yet
